On December 30, 1930, tbe appellant filed snit in the circuit court of Arkansas County against tbe appellee, alleging that she and tbe appellee entered into an. agreement on October 5, 1925, by which she rented to the appellee certain property in DeWitt, Arkansas, for rental of $20 per month; that appellee took possession of said property, bnt had paid nothing on the rent except $50.
