MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
WINDER, District Judge.
The plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment and reconsideration and defendants’ motion to strike were argued orally on May 17, 1985. The plaintiffs were represented by Elizabeth T. Dunning, David B. Watkiss and John E. Harvey. The defendants were represented by Wilford W. Kirton and Richard Boyle. Prior to the hearing, the court read carefully all memoranda of counsel.
