Abraham Sanchez, Jr., a former postal worker, sued William J. Henderson in his capacity as Postmaster General and head of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), claiming that he was fired in violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
