Juan Villegas appeals his conviction after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1) (1988), and 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(b)(1)(A) (West Supp.1992). He first argues that the district court erred in refusing to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea when the factual record at his Rule 11 hearing was insufficient to support an admission of guilt.
