Patrick Harm Keene appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the District of Minnesota upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, two counts of possession of an unregistered firearm, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d), one count of use of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1), and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
