This matter comes before the Court on a petition for a writ of prohibition by the petitioners, Richard L. Trumka, Cecil Roberts, and John Banovic, on behalf of the International Union, United Mine Workers of America, against the respondents, the Honorable John C. Ashworth, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, and New Beckley Mining Corporation.
