This cause comes to this Court from the Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, Part II, Honorable Ceylon Frazer, Chancellor, and which involves that age old question created by the antics of the mighty Mississippi in her course downstream between the State of Tennessee and the State of Arkansas, and relates to what has happened to a part of an area of *545land lying within what is referred to as the “Cow Island Bend”, sonth of the city of Memphis.
