The sole question presented on this appeal is whether a municipality which has adopted one of the plans of government under the Optional Municipal Charter Law, L. 19.50, c. 210, N. J. S. A. 40 :69A-1 at sag. (Eaulkner Act), must maintain a separate and independent board of health under Title 26 of the Revisad Statutas, N. J. S. A. 26:1-1 at sag. (Health and Vital Statistics).
