This is an appeal from a judgment of foreclosure and sale against certain property owned by the defendants-appellants, Kalman Backer and Henry Shapiro, from the order ratifying and confirming the Referee’s report, Supreme Court (Best, J.), and from the Referee’s report in favor of plaintiifs-respondents and defendants-respondents.
