The plaintiff Western Mortgage and Guaranty Company is a corporation organized under the provisions of sections 453aa to 453hh of the Civil Code of the state of California, and will be hereafter referred to as the Mortgage Company or the plaintiff. The Security Holding Company (hereinafter referred to as the Holding Company) was a corporation organized under the laws of this state with a capital stock of $50,000.
