In August 2014, Dentons US LLP (“Dentons US”) filed a complaint against the Republic of Guinea and its Ministry of Mines and Geology (collectively, “Guinea”), alleging claims for breach of contract, quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, and account stated. See Dkt. 1 (“Compl.”).
