Minnie H. Bingham has appealed from a judgment and decree of foreclosure of a real estate mortgage entered in favor of the plaintiff, the National Bank of Montana.

Over a period of years immediately preceding 1924, Frank R. Bingham and his wife, the defendant, had acquired title to 1800 acres of land in the name of Frank R., and 366.22 acres in the name of Minnie H., and had built up a fair herd of Hereford cattle, full-bloods, branded “L U,” a brand owned by Mrs. Bingham, and the grades “K U,” which was Bingham’s brand; in so doing they had become indebted to the plaintiff bank in a sum in…
