This case originated in a justice of the peace court in Garvin county. A bill of particulars was filed in the justice court on the 2nd of April, 1925. Four people were sued. Two of them, namely J. A. Stokes and W. B. Wright, were alleged to have been a copartnership under the style of Wright’s Grocery, and J. B. Wright and F. L. Wright were alleged to be a partnership under the same name.
