Overruling the motion for a writ of prohibition and dismissing the petition.

This is an original proceeding in this court, wherein the petitioner, Central of Georgia Railway Company, seeks a writ of prohibition from this court restraining the respondent, Thomas R. Gordon, Judge of the Jefferson Circuit Court, Common Pleas. Branch, Second Division, from taking jurisdiction of and further proceeding *740in the case of P. M.
