The action is one for damages caused by the defendant’s unlawful restraint of the plaintiff. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, and the defendant appeals.
1. The first matter complained of is the denial of the motion of the defendant for judgment in its favor on the pleadings and the trial statement of the plaintiff.
