The defendant was indicted on October 26, 1978 for the crime of murder in the second degree. He now moves to dismiss on the ground that the evidence before the Grand Jury was insufficient to support the charge against him and that the Grand Jury proceeding was defective. The court, having examined the minutes of the Grand Jury, finds that *396the evidence was adequate, and dismissal on this basis is clearly unwarranted.
