ORDER

EDWARD C. REED, Jr., District Judge.

Michael Evans, also known as Michael Du-lin, was convicted of burglary and grand larceny in 1988, in the state trial court in Las Vegas. His state court remedies exhausted, Evans sought a writ of habeas corpus from this court. We denied it. The court of appeals affirmed on all but one issue, remanding for consideration of Evans’s claim that his confession to the crime was obtained in violation of his Miranda rights and should not have been admitted at his trial. That claim is without merit and, once again, we deny the petition.
