This is a proceeding to register title to land. The applicant was found to be the holder of the legal title subject to a contract under which the city of St. Paul, upon the payment of $760 and the delivery of a deed to certain lots, will become the owner and entitled to a deed from the applicant. Certain assessments and tax liens held by the city were declared superior to the legal title of the applicant. Of this there is no complaint, if the asserted contract of the city be sustained.
