This is an appeal from the confirmation of an arbitration award made by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) against Jefferson Randolph Corporation d/b/a JRC Trucking, Inc. and Thurman Carpets, Inc., plaintiffs, for Progressive Data Systems, Inc., William A. Crozier, Jr., and Thomas G. Taylor, defendants, based on their counterclaims.
