—In an action to *343recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rappaport, J.), dated February 26, 1998, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment on the ground that the plaintiff did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), and dismissed the complaint.

Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
