Judgment creditors, Patterson Services, Inc. (“Patterson”) and Cudd Pressure Control, Inc. (“Cudd”), have filed in this Court a Motion for Enlargement of Supersedeas Bond, 1 challenging the trial court’s order setting the amount of the bond filed by judgment debtor, Fairways Offshore Exploration, Inc. (“Fairways”), to suspend enforcement of the underlying judgment against it.
