Before the Court is the Motion for Relief from Stay (the “Motion”) of AGLF Investments, LLC (“AGLF”), seeking to recover possession of real property leased to the Debtors for their residence (the “Residence”). The Motion brings into play new provisions of the Bankruptcy Code added by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, Pub.L.
