These matters come on before this court on partially consolidated appeals following convictions at a. jury trial in the district court on December 17, 2001, and the subsequent entry of judgments of convictions and sentences on July 10, 2003, as to Joseph Lore, July 25, 2003, as to Denise Bohn, and October 31, 2003, as to Joseph Pelliccia and William Hurley.
