The plaintiffs, Geoffrey F. Rinn (Rinn) and his wife, Michelle H. Rinn (plaintiffs), appeal from an order of the Superior Court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Ralph R. Razee (Ra-zee or defendant), in this personal injury action involving the applicability of the public-safety officer’s rule.
