Appellant Linda Miles appeals the trial court’s refusal to enforce an antenuptial agreement and its division of marital property. She argues that the trial court erred in holding that the antenuptial agreement was insufficiently definite to allow the court to give the terms an exact meaning, and was therefore unenforceable. She also asserts that the trial court erred in making an unequal division of marital property and debt which favored the Respondent, Charles Werle, and in refusing her requests to off-set the amounts to which he is entitled from her profit-sharing…
