This is an action for partition commenced by Charles and George Hensler against Rose Alberding, Clarissa Mitchell, Jacob Hensler and others, the plaintiffs and the named defendants being the children and only heirs of Christian Hensler, who died intestate November 1, 1923, the owner of the real estate in question. The complaint was an ordinary complaint for partition and alleged that each of said children • owned a one-fifth interest in the land, a 424-acre farm in Jasper county.
