This is a motion to confirm the report of commissioners who were appointed to appraise the value of lands to be taken for a park in the twelfth ward of the city of Hew York, pursuant to the provisions of chapter 746 of the Laws of 1894. The questions presented upon the motion arise solely out of the award to the Consolidated Gas Company of Hew York, for its lands which are included within the area of the park.
