In this case the plaintiff, Arlington Alliance, Ltd., (Arlington or plaintiff) has filed suit against the United States (defendant or the government) under 28 U.S.C. §1491 for damages in excess of $50,000, together with interest and attorneys’ fees, for alleged breaches of three lease contracts, described below, by the General Services Administration (GSA).
