Marcus John Cole (Licensee) appeals an the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County (trial court) that denied his statutory appeal of a one-year suspension of his operating privilege imposed by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (PennDOT), pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547 (Implied Consent Law). 1 Licensee contends the warnings established in Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety v.
