The estate of Carol W. Becker and Frederick R. Becker (collectively, “plaintiffs”) appeal from a decision of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, Michael A. Telesca, Judge, granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Eastman Kodak Company and Kodak Retirement Income Plan Committee (collectively “Kodak”) and dismissing plaintiffs’ claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
