In this original mandamus proceeding, Relator, Energy Transfer Fuel, LP (ETF), complains of Respondent’s November 17, 2008 order denying its motion to reconsider his ruling denying the release of a $25,000 cash bond posted by ETF. 1 The bond was posted after ETF obtained an ex parte temporary restraining order against the real parties in interest, Clifton Bryan and Cindy Bryan.
