MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This matter is before the court on the motion of defendant Lugo to exclude Rule 404(b) evidence (Doc: 70).

On January 8, 1993, Defendant Lugo, through his counsel, sent a written request to the United States Attorney’s office, pursuant to Fed.R.Evid. 404(b), seeking reasonable notice of the government’s intent to introduce evidence of other crimes, wrongs, or acts.
