MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

Currently pending before the Court is Defendants’ (collectively, “Argus Media”) Motion for Summary Judgment [doc. # 72], in which Argus Media asks the Court to bar certain of Plaintiffs’ (collectively, “Argus Research”) trademark and unfair competition claims on the basis of the affirmative defenses of laches and acquiescence and to reject other claims on the merits. For the reasons that follow, Argus Media’s motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
