RAYMOND, District Judge.

The essential facts in this ease are not in dispute. The controversy is directed principally to the legal effect of the various transactions involved. It appears from the evidence that on September 5, 1917, Eleanor G. Gray entered into a land contract with the bankrupt, William M. Traver, whereby she agreed to convey to him 560 acres of land in Van Burén county, Mich., known as the Olney farm, for the sum of $43,000.
