Plaintiff sustained personal injuries in a traffic accident occurring in the city of Detroit on the 18th of May, 1946, between 10 -.30 and 11 o’clock in the evening. At the time of the accident plaintiff, a young woman 18 years of age, was riding as a guest passenger on the rear seat of a motorcycle operated in an easterly direction on Joy road. At or near the intersection of said highway with Spinoza drive the driver of the motorcycle undertook to make a left turn.
