A. C. Rick and A. E. Stewart, creditors of J. George Brinkman, brought suit against him, in separate actions, and caused writs of attachment to be levied upon, as the property of the defendant, certificate No. 29, representing 125 shares of stock in the Howell Company, a corporation, formerly Toole-Howell Furniture Company. Mrs. Pauline W. Brinkman, wife of J. George Brinkman, claimed the property, and in due time and form, joined pro forma by her husband, filed claimant's oath and bond for the trial of her right to the property.
