KELLEY, District Judge.

Since defaulting on a business loan in 2002, plaintiff Warthell B. lies (“Dr.Iles”), has waged a litigation war against her lenders, defendant/appellee North Carolina Agricultural Finance Authority (“NCAFA”) and appellee Cendant Mortgage Company (“Cendant Mortgage”). Dr. lies filed bankruptcy three times to delay the foreclosure sale of two properties that she pledged as collateral for the loan.
