Frederick Manuel appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress. Manuel was convicted of capital murder with a deadly .weapon and sentenced to life imprisonment. In his single issue, Manuel argues that the affidavit supporting the search warrant that allowed the police to seize evidence linking him to the shooting did not establish probable cause.
