This case is before this Court on appeal from four Orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (the “Bankruptcy Court”), which resulted in the dismissal of the Chapter 11 cases of the Appellees Charles Vernon Clarkson and Janet Ann Sydnor (together, the “Appellees” or the “Debtors”).
