This lawsuit arose out of a commercial real estate transaction that was never completed. The plaintiff, Fabriko Acquisition Corporation (“Fabriko”), brought this diversity action against defendants Green Lake Marina Properties (“Green Lake Marina”), its managing partner Dean Prokos, and Wisconsin lawyer Steven Sorenson.
