The sole issue on appeal is whether a child1 who was transferred pursuant to General Statutes § 46b-1272 from the docket for juvenile matters *761to the regular criminal docket of the Superior Court on a charge of murder must be returned to the docket for juvenile matters if he is acquitted of murder but convicted of the lesser included offense of manslaughter in the second degree.
