Fred Harvey, a private corporation, which is engaged in the business of maintaining and conducting a restaurant for the service of food to the public in the town of Gainesville, has appealed from a judgment rendered against it in favor of E. F. Comegys, plaintiff, for damages resulting from personal injuries alleged to have been inflicted by two of the defendant's servants while plaintiff was a guest in its restaurant.
