Evan Brown was convicted of committing against his wife the crimes of rape, aggravated sodomy by inserting his penis into her anus, aggravated assault with a knife, and kidnapping with bodily injury. Brown was convicted of committing against his wife’s 12-year-old daughter the crimes of forcible rape, aggravated child molestation by placing his mouth on her vagina, child molestation by placing his penis on her face, cruelty to children by causing her mental pain by raping her mother in her presence, aggravated assault with a knife, and kidnapping.
