Questions concerning the constitutionality of certain sections of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act are before us for review on this appeal. Sections 6-1-101, et seq., C.R.S. 1973. Appellant American Banco Corporation challenges those provisions of the Act and the procedure which grants the attorney general of the State of Colorado the power to issue subpoenas and force a witness to appear and produce enumerated documents.
