This is a suit for the construction of the will of Richard DeGray. The facts are undisputed. The testator died on July 2d 1909, leaving a daughter, Edith DeGray, two sons, Frederick W. DeGray and Godwin DeGray, and three grandchildren, Martha Catherine DeGray, Amy DeGray, and Herbert L. DeGray. Martha is the daughter of son Godwin by a first wife; and the others are two children of the same son by a second wife.
