*909Appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Thomas J. Murphy, J.), entered October 15, 2003. The judgment determined that plaintiff is entitled to damages for three months’ rent totaling $1,906.66, plus costs and disbursements.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
