In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Colar,. J.), dated May 26, 2004, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant Infinite Access & Locksmith which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it and denied her cross motion for summary judgment against that defendant on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
