This is an appeal from an order refusing appellants Albert Hedrick and Louise Wilson a writ of injunction enjoining and restraining appellees Schuyler Marshall, Jr., and Sheliby Cox, respectively, sheriff and district attorney of Dallas counity, Texas, from in any way preventing the marriage of appellants, and denying them a mandatory injunction to compel appellees to allow them to marry in the county jail of Dallas county, Tex.
