A. Procedural History

This is an adversary proceeding arising from the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filed by Debtors Ashraf Hassan and his wife, Irina Hassan. The suit was originally brought by the Trustee and Kansas Express International, Inc. (“Kansas Express”), but at trial the Court inquired whether the corporation was a proper plaintiff.
