Bruce McBryar, a state prisoner confined at the Colony Farm Correctional Institute, Hardwick, Georgia, has petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. In February, 1978, petitioner plead guilty in the Superior Court of Whitfield County, Georgia, to armed robbery and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. Following his imprisonment, petitioner filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the Superior Court of Butts County.
